Join Team Wanda

Our campaign’s top volunteer priority is support for Wanda at caucus and two assemblies. Colorado Democrats come together every two years in a precinct caucus meeting. Your precinct is determined by where you live. Caucus is how we start deciding who will be on the Democractic ballot for the CD1 represenattive. Delegates elected at your neighborhood caucus, move on to county assembly, followed by a CD1 assembly. CD1 includes all of Denver, as well as Holly Hills and Glendale which are in Arapahoe County. 

To get on the primary ballot, Wanda needs registered Democratic supporters like you to go to: 1. precinct caucus  2. county assembly  3. CD1 Assembly.

Caucus and Assembly Dates

  • Tuesday, March 3 at 6:30 pm - in person at neighborhood precinct caucus meetings

    Saturday, March 14 with 10 am check-in and 11 am start - in person at South High School

    Thursday, March 26 at 6 pm - virtual (This is the meeting that will finalize getting Wanda on the ballot!)

  • Tuesday, March 3 at 6:30 pm - virtual precinct caucus meetings

    Saturday, March 7 with 11 am check-in and noon start - in person at Hinkley High School

    After your county assembly, you attend the CD1 Assembly

    Thursday, March 26 at 6 pm - virtual (This is the meeting that will finalize getting Wanda on the ballot!)

  • Saturday, March 28 in Pueblo

    If you elect to caucus for the US Senate or one of the state races, you have committed to attending the Colorado Democratic Party's State Assembly
