This Policy applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Site and explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit the Site.

Verifiable Consumer Requests

The Verifiable Consumer Request must: (i) Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected personal information or an authorized representative; and (ii) Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with any information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the information relates to you. We will only use information provided in a Verifiable Consumer Request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

Children

We comply with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act and do not solicit or accept personally identifying information from any person under 13 years of age.

Visitors to this Site who are under 13 years of age should not use this Site except under the supervision and with the assistance of their parent or legal guardian, and should never submit any personally identifying information to the Site. Contributions – Public Information

We are required to file regular reports with the Federal Election Commission that publicly disclose the name, address, occupation, and employer of persons who contribute over two hundred dollars ($200) during an election cycle, along with the amount and date of the contribution. State and local election laws may also require us to disclose this information at a lower itemization threshold, depending on our activity.

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure.
